I Gotta Guy – Referral Service Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

1. Nature of Service
I Gotta Guy (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates solely as a referral service. We connect customers with independent third-party service providers (“Providers”) based on the information you submit. We do not perform, supervise, manage, or control any work carried out by Providers.

2. No Endorsement or Warranty
While we may suggest Providers based on experience or general reputation, I Gotta Guy does not guarantee, warrant, or endorse the quality, safety, reliability, legality, pricing, or suitability of any Provider or their services. All Providers are independent businesses.

3. No Agency Relationship
Providers are not employees, partners, joint venturers, or agents of I Gotta Guy. Any agreement for services is strictly between you (the customer) and the Provider. I Gotta Guy is not a party to any contract you enter into with a Provider.

4. Customer Responsibility
You are solely responsible for selecting a Provider and for conducting your own due diligence, including verifying licenses, insurance, qualifications, and references before hiring.

5. No Guarantees
I Gotta Guy makes no guarantees regarding project outcomes, timelines, pricing, or your satisfaction with any Provider.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I Gotta Guy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, financial loss, delays, or unsatisfactory work, arising out of or related to services provided by any Provider.

7. Indemnification
By using I Gotta Guy, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless I Gotta Guy from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from or related to your engagement with any Provider.

8. Acknowledgment & Acceptance
By requesting or accepting a referral from I Gotta Guy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability.

9. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
